Local loop unbundling has been something of a contentious issue within the UK 
telecoms.
Links to their sites made them more exposed to international viruses like the 
Code.

These kinds of attacks are mainly used to deface sites and place messages 
opposing war with Iraq.

Security experts say that Microsoft has become far more open about warning.
