land for the new "Recreation Town" in Dalian. This new project mimics a
Facility in "Shui On" that profited more than $100 Million USD. SREA is
going to go through the roof after this hits investors this weekend. Get

Strong experience in Mainframe and distributed application performance
testing. Experience with Sybase, ERWin, ETL methods and tools, logical
and physical data modeling, and Sybase stored procedure writing.
Knowledge of XML processing and construction as well as light shell
scripting. A background in financial services is a plus. The ability to
work within a team with minimum supervision.
Excellent knowledge of data warehousing strategies and methodologies.
Must be articulate with excellent writing skills. Functional areas will
include service offerings, inventory management, expense management,
vendor management and business advisory. Knowledge of XML processing and

Working knowledge of ASP. The ability to do minimal debugging and
modification of Perl and shell scripts as well as C programs.
Experience developing real-time systems is preferred. Demonstable
experience with accountability and ownership of high-profile commodity
IT projects. This position manages all test resources within the
organization and is responsible for test process definition,
implementation, improvement, metric collection, etc. Large-scale, web
based, infrastructure and application development experience, including
integration.
Experience working in capital markets.
Bachelor degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related technical
degree.
This candidate must be a flexible, team player who can support several
areas simultaneously.
Experience managing, coordinating and executing SDLC methodologies and
tools in an enterprise, global environment.
Strong object-oriented design, communication and presentation skills.
NET frameworks, SQL Server, as well as XML, XSLT, JavaScript and DHTML.
Preference for an individual who's past experience includes extensive
data migration work. NET application is also desired. Prefer in depth
knowledge of comparable products in the Analytical Tools, End of Day
Pricing, and Index Service Families.
The ability to apply technical skills to both system design and
troubleshooting.
Prior programming background required.
MBA or Masters of Library Science preferred.
Experience with Open Source technologies such as Spring,Hibernate and
Struts a plus. Five to seven years of direct exposure to NRTD vendors,
products, and distribution alternatives.
Broad technical knowledge relating to multiple platforms, applications,
infrastructure and networking. Superb communication and interpersonal
skills including both formal and informal writing abilities. This is a

their confidence in the Firm s NRTD practices. Off hour remote on-call
support will be required on a rotational basis. Must be able to operate
in a fast paced environment so prior experience in a demanding role will
be essential. The ability to analyze existing processing flows and
dependencies to help successfully integrate new products and processes.

Must possess the ability to provide excellent customer service and
maintain good judgment, diplomacy and sense of priority when dealing
with all levels of personnel.
A background in financial services is a plus.
Experience creating and tuning SQL code against a lesser known database
product called Sybase IQ or advanced query tuning experience in another
RDBMS.
Extensive experience developing, maintaining, and deploying enterprise
quality Front Office Trading applications. Solid technical and
development background and must have worked in similar support role in
financial Equities.
A general understanding of the finance and the current business
environment, particularly the Equity and Fixed Income markets.
