Just run 'make install' in the msx264 plugin sources. Of course it should have
been configured and compiled with --prefix corresponding to the installation
path of linphone.
When running 'linphonec -d 6' (debug mode), you should see at the beginning
something like
ortp-message-Loading
plugin /usr/local/lib/mediastreamer/plugins/libmsx264.so.0.0.0...
ortp-message-Plugin loaded
(/usr/local/lib/mediastreamer/plugins/libmsx264.so.0.0.0)
This means that everything is correct.
