I'm trying to figure out which codec to select in linphonec that will give me uncompressed audio data samples at a sampling rate of 8Khz
It seems to me like L16 would be a good choice however I only see that it's available for a sampling rate of 44.1KHz ( as shown below)

Is it possible to configure L16 for 8Khz.
I'm able to rebuild linphone from scratch if needed.
