I totally agree with Anatoli.

Linphone iphone is always asking to "link my account" EVEN i use an external SIP server. This is nonsense.

It is a privacy issue very important to be REMOVED. As it is a very bad implementation of security.

I understand if we use for presence on the linphone server to match friends, but this feature must be OFF by default, and also must NO be ask if we use external SIP account "I have a SIP Account".

Kindly fix this urgent , as it is a privacy issue that could affect linphone reputation.

From the recent conversation here (subject "sip.linphone.org contacts") it looks like (I haven't confirmed/refuted it myself yet) Linphone uploads all user contacts to remote servers without asking for such permission, or clarifying it in any moment. Is this true?
