[Linphone-developers] carrier network change causes ice issue

My cellular provider made a change to their network which is causing me problems.

Linphone on that network shows an ice candidate of 192.0.0.4 and both bria and linphone pick this address which is not reachable.

Anyone got a solution or workaround for this problem?
