[Linphone-developers] fix for RTCP BYE packet decoding

        Hi,

  Updating our use of oRTP library, I tried to fix a RTCP BYE decoding error 
encountered in previous oRTP 0.23.0 version : using attached patch, the 
decoding error occurring with small BYE RTCP packets isn't raised anymore.
