If your OS is 64 bit then install pre-requisite packages mentioned in README file.
Use ndk R9.
If you have all the packages on machine and R9 NDK, then download a fresh copy of linphone-android from git.
If you don't want to download and never committed git, then run the following command within the linphone-android directory.
# git clean -xfd
it will clean every previous build attempt and will take you back to where you did git clone.
after cleaning, just run make command.
