[Linphone-developers] configure/build error linphone No package 'glew' found

Hi,

While building linphone from source in ubuntu  I get the below mentioned error. I have already installed the below mentioned libs in my machine

libglew1.5                                      

libglew1.6                                   .

libglew1.8 

Can some one help on what the problem is ( configure output listed below)

configure: error: Package requirements (glew >= 1.5) were not met:

No package 'glew' found

Consider adjusting the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable if you

installed software in a non-standard prefix.

Alternatively, you may set the environment variables GLEW_CFLAGS

and GLEW_LIBS to avoid the need to call pkg-config.
