Thanks for your response. Just a quick question: is the git repo different from the download for iphone on the website? Because the download for iphone (according to the website) is V1.0.2 from June 2010.

We added support for xcode4 few days ago. There is a new Makefile in submodules/build directory. This Makefile generates libraries for both i386, armv6 and armv7. So just update your git repo and type make :-)

I don't think you can remove armv7 for ipad, but it indicates a way to get the error without the need to have an ipad.
