[Linphone-developers] segmentation fault when libxv-dev not installed

When libxv-dev is not installed the x11video plugin is not built. 
However, mediastreamer still tries to use it and linphone segfaults at 
startup. Installing libvx-dev and rebuilding fixes this, so I think that 
there is a configuration problem when the xv headers are missing.

Segmentation fault
