I think the pc that is not working is using a wrong version of msx264.
Make sure that msx264-1.3.2 is installed on this pc, at the right place.
You should have a libmsx264.so at /usr/local/lib/mediastreamer/plugins
or /usr/lib/mediastreamer/plugins.
