[Linphone-developers] save the video parameters in the same function

Hello,
I am attaching a patch that save video parameters in the config file, the advantage is that you are able to saved the last parameters and all are saved in the same function, and it is usefull when you disable self_view from the config file, because you can access to this parameter only from the gtk_ui. I do not know if it brakes something though . . .
