[Linphone-developers] making a static lib only

Hi,
I'm attempting to see if i can create just a static library for linphone using Devc++.
i've included all the headers and source files except dll_entry.c, i've added the
libws2_32, libwsock32 and libwmm in the project. however on compilation i get a 
 [Linker error] undefined reference to `_imp__av_profile'

i cant seem to find what lib or file i'm missing for that. Can anyone please let 
me know what file is missing, or whether if i can create a static libray or no.

I'm attempting a staticl lib because using the dll i get the follwing linker errors
undefined reference to `rtp_session_set_connected_mode'
undefined reference to `rtp_session_make_time_distorsion'
