[Linphone-developers] I changed the code for H264

    Yes,I have modified the code by flowing the way the MPEG4 codec adding to linphone for transfering H264.

I found that there are someting about H264 in the linphone package, so I changed the codec to testing the H264.

     Have I breaked the law of GPL? If I do, please let me know, I'll stop change the code.
