[Linphone-developers] alsacard mixer handling

Hi,
I've noticed there is no correct mixer handling of alsa cards.
I presume the linphone api is setting volumes between 0 and 100%.
In this case it is pretty tough to get any sound on a card that
can be set between 0 and >700.

This is not a nice patch, but at least it will make it work for a
lot of alsa users :-).

Eh, the alsa-patch is for 0.12.2, but might also work on the cvs
version.
