Thanks for the french translation !
Sorry, I 'm not very used with windows programming environnement so I 
can't help you.
I think I used sys/time.h for gettimeofday() libc call. Sometimes it is 
just in time.h.
Try that or look to gettimeoday() 'man page' on windows.
Note that mediastreamer is not intended to work on windows.... Use at 
your risk.
