Getting it:
1. Go to https://github.com/openlilylib/edition-engraver.
2. Use the download link.

Using it:
1. Put the folder in your search path.
2. Include it in your score file (there are examples showing how to do that).
3. Add markups as tweaks (there are examples showing how to do that, as well as 
answers in the list archives).
