Hi Emilio,
The strange vertical spacing is a bug...
As Harm found out, it's related to a skyline problem: accidentally, there is
an extra margin around rounded boxes causing the wider spacing that
shouldn't be there.
I'm currently dealing with it, so this bug will be fixed in a future
release.
