Subscribe with the new address (making sure you send to the
foo-request address and not foo itself), submit and
confirmations, wait for postings to arrive ok, then
unsubscribe the old address *from the old address* using
-request again.
If the old address is inaccessible, it can sometimes be
a little awkward, so it's best done before you lose it.
