If that input corresponds to the printed output you gave, I want to see
the code producing the output.
At any rate, in current versions you can write
\chordmode {
<c>4 f f
<e> e:7 e:7
<b> e:7 e:7
}
Doesn't mix with \relative though. Not a problem for accordion I guess.
