Hi Abraham, no issues for me here on macOS 10.12 (I'm actually on the Beta of
10.12.1), though I’m still using Lilypond 2.18.2.
The only peculiarity I’ve seen is that the engraving status (while “compiling”)
is now in French, but that hasn’t been a problem.
