display multi measure rest span

Hi Lilyponders,

Could anyone point me in the right direction of this. I'm trying to get the bar number range of a multi measure rest printed below it as in the attached example (bars 13-14). It would need to be visible on the parts, but not on the score. I thought tags could work, but that would mean doing every rest manually. I was wondering if there was some kind of function that would work.
