The a'''' has one octave more ledger lines. You can try this and adjust
the values:

\override StemTremolo.Y-offset = 3 % vertical position
\override StemTremolo.beam-thickness = 0.3 % thickness
a'''1:32
}
Btw, I would consider the default rather legible.
And one more note: Frescobaldi shows all available properties if you type
\override StemTremolo.
and then Ctrl+Space.
