Remove the \skip in `oboeIIWordsScore` and change the voice names so
they don't collide. Something like this:
<<
\new Staff {
\new Voice = "flutes" { ... }
}
\new Lyrics \lysicsto "flutes" { ... }
\new Staff {
\new Voice = "oboe1" { ... }
}
\new Lyrics \lysicsto "oboe1" { ... }
\new Staff {
\new Voice = "oboe2" { ... }
}
\new Lyrics \lysicsto "oboe2" { ... }
