Compiles fine with my setup too. As the previous output, my PDF also
embeds font Kochi-Mincho, not your HiraKakuStdN-W7.

I suggest you find a way to install font Kochi-Mincho, and then try
again. You probably have a font problem, not a LilyPond one.
