No, it’s a 2.19 addition, but older than .30, I think. You’ll find 
information in the issue tracker 
(<http://sourceforge.net/p/testlilyissues/issues/>). The lack of 
Documentation is deplorable, and there’s already a tracker issue. Sorry 
I can’t help more…
