How to code that?

Well, use the \pageBreak command in that musical moment where you’d like to have it. In some cases Lily decides to ignore such a command, if it would result in very irregular or loose or condensed spacing, see <http://lilypond.org/doc/v2.18/Documentation/notation/explicit-breaks>.
