I did not look into your edition-engraver, below you'll find an
engraver printing RehearsalMarks, though. (It's a boiled down version
of some unfinshed own coding)
Obviously you'll need to add an argument (a list, I think) what should
be printed and some conditions when to print.
Nevertheless, maybe it might be helpful.
