The short answer: Absolutely not!
The long answer: I think that any grob that uses the font-interface should be on this list. I think a comprehensive list can be found in the IR (look towards the bottom of the page):

I was wondering if this is a complete list (DynamicText, NoteHead, Script and TrillSpanner) of what can be overridden.    If not, what else could be specified?
