fermata inside slur

I want to keep a fermata inside a slur.  I've tried a number of variations on:


  \once \override Staff.FermataScript #'avoid-slur = #'inside
  \once \override Staff.FermataScript #'outside-staff-priority = ##f

Where I have 'Staff.FermataScript' in the above example I've tried several 
different things; Fermata, Articulation, Text etc. with and with out 'Script' 
and with and without 'Staff.'.  In each case I am informed that whatever I've 
used is not a grob name.  I have tried to find the proper grob name for a 
fermata and have not found it.  Is there a proper grob name to use like this to 
keep a fermata inside a slur, or do I need to solve this some other way?
