Nick & David:

Thank you for trying to help me.  I'm a bit more confused now lol - so,
David: is there something wrong with Nick's code? I haven't tried his
solution yet but your response towards him has puzzled me.

Can you help me understand and make sense of this?  Thank you!  I appreciate
it.
