Janek,
many thanks for the reply. The kneed beam looks very nice. But in the 
current score I would prefer the layout that you can see in the first 
measure. It allows a better placement of the tuplet number.
Nicks solution requires some experiments to get the best beam position. 
But it gives the intended result.
