I agree, it works also:
\revert TabStaff.Arpeggio #'stencil
To use only TabStaff.(smonething) inside tablature setup seems the better
solution. Thanks.

Not a bad idea! Now I've got "Arpeggios" and "connectArpeggios" into Staff
*and* TabStaff...something "global" (into score) sounds good.
