I think that the Sponsoring page should just provide a link to the list 
of issues labelled as Bounty.

No need of a bounty hunter: the total offered sum is already provided in 
the tracker and bug squad already takes care of it.

It would be great also if each bounty issue started with two lines:

- Total amount offered: $?? (up-to-date)
- Amount needed: $?? (in case a developer showed his interest in fixing 
the issue)
