Yeah I know I always find bugs with chord names ;)
Or did I do something wrong? Anyway there is a strange behavior happening 
always on second staff line.

This appears to be a regression - a bug that cropped up between 2.13.39 and 
2.13.40.  Please could you try to make it as small as possible - for 
example - are the lyrics needed?  (see 
http://lilypond.org/tiny-examples.html).  Please then report this to 
the -bugs newsgroup.
