2. After downloading and installing lilypond-2.14.1-1.linux-64.sh, I can only find locally-installed documentation under /usr/share/doc/lilypond -- but these are version 2.12.3.
Where should I find the 2.14.1 documentation on my hard drive?

Like someone said on a recent thread, you can also download the documentation by running
lilypond-2.14.1-1.linux-64.sh with the --doc option.

Ah... not obvious, but doing it now. Thanks.

On the web.

In that case, I hope someone will fix the documentation on the web so that I could actually access the notation reference.

I don't know why it works for some but not for me, only that looking it up online is not a viable option for me at present.

James

I think it probably works for everyone except you! Online forums suggest clearing your cache may help.

Is it the Notation Reference you want?
