The quick and dirty fix could be removing the TimeSignature in the
second line:

\once \override Staff.KeySignature #'stencil = ##f

For smart solutions (i.e. Scheme magic) check the lilypond-user
archives.

I recommend also reading this:
http://lilypond.org/doc/v2.13/Documentation/extending/difficult-tweaks 

But in your case you need to define the control points of the slur in a
new line (not the extra offset).
This is too difficult for me.
