Those links should point to
http://lilypond.org/doc/v2.13/Documentation/snippets/fretted-strings
http://lilypond.org/doc/v2.13/Documentation/internals/strokefinger
But the server is case-sensitive about names, so these don't work:
http://lilypond.org/doc/v2.13/Documentation/snippets/Fretted-strings
http://lilypond.org/doc/v2.13/Documentation/internals/StrokeFinger
