No, please don't.  We really don't need issues in the tracker like
"improve the learning manual", "improve the extending manual".  We
know that documentation is a never-ending job.  We especially know
that the advanced docs are weak.


Fun fact: right now, 14 months after the Grand Documentation
Project (wherein over 20 people worked on the docs), we have 0
people working on the documentation.  Many people have good
reasons for their absence (serious medical issues, dead computers
-- yes, multiple ones!, running the Frogs, etc).

But that doesn't change the sadness of "0 documentation writers".
