Removing "\key d \major" from "melodyBII" solves the problem.

You are already in d major, but if you insert the command again I
suppose (actually I don't know) that lilypond "thinks" you want to
change key and so lily "wants" to print a cautionary key signature at
the end of the previous line (but, since it's the same key, doesn't
print it finally).
This is just my supposition.
