Hello. I am using 2.11.57. I've noticed that LyricExtenders
don't work with \lyricmode anymore unless you explicitly set the
associatedVoice in the lyrics context. It used to automatically take
the highest voice in the top staff. Is this an intentional change or
a bug?
Or an intermediate step toward a \lyricmode that finds the longest
melisma from among the voices and acts accordingly (hint, hint)?
\lyricmode will accept the name of a Staff context as the
associatedVoice but \lyricsto won't. This means that if you have a
piece where each staff has only one voice in it, you must either use
\lyricmode or, if you want \lyricsto, you must use an otherwise
superfluous nested a Voice context.
If this was an intentional change, I'll be naming a lot of staves
and sticking in a lot \set associatedVoice thingies. So it's only
temporary, right?

Thanks for lilypond.
