I hope you have read the Learning Manual for LilyPond version 2.11
(which applies almost completely also to version 2.10, but has been
heavily revised and improved). This should tell you how to find the
answer yourself.
(Or, you could scroll down to the end of this email ;-) )

Dear list members,
I have changed the font of lilypond lyrics using:
\layout {
\context {
\Lyrics
\override LyricText #'font-name = #"FPL Neu"
}
}
Now I would like to change the font of the stanza as well. (I am using
the command "\set stanza = "1. " fr example.
Can someone tell me how to achieve this.
Thank you very much in advance.

Something like
\override StanzaNumber #'font-name = #"FPL Neu"
should work.
