It's heavily tweaked output of texi2html, using a custom init file of ~800
lines and our own style sheets. Due to the great modularity of texi2html I
didn't have to patch texi2html, though. Our init script for texi2html is also
quite general and not lilypond-specific (with the exception of the file name
of the .css files, of course), so it can also be used with other manuals,
like the texi2html docs:

Ouch, that's a weird issue! (It's standard German, BTW, which is of course
also spoken in Vienna).
It also appears in the "old" html version, using makeinfo --html:
http://kainhofer.com/~lilypond/Documentation/user/lilypond-learning/Working-on-input-files.html#Working-on-input-files

It seems to be a bug in www_post.py, where we loop though all missing
languages, but the texts to be inserted are not reset after the first one, so
for English and all missing languages the first language (German in this
case) is used. Attached is a patch, which moves the initialization of the
inserted texts inside the loop over all languages, so that each language
should get its proper translated green box. John, is this patch okay to be
applied to master?
It seems to work in the dev/texi2html branch.

Cheers,
Reinhold
