I have an include file I add to everything I do which adds my own
predefined commands.  Among many others, some scheme and some not, it
includes english.ly and a set of Key signature commands ( for example:
KeyA = \key a \major).  I have commands like cueOn (and Off) and
caesuraOn, etc.
