Gilles: Indeed, there would be a nice feature to implement there. For
instance, it would be great if the \header properties inside each
\score blocks could be accessed through an alias such as:

\fromproperty #'local-header:instrument

And maybe another one for the global header:

\fromproperty #'general-header:title
