Found also something else. When the '\clef G_8' is removed, the errors
disappear. But then the notation one octave to low (An i mis the G_8 clef).
Putting the voices back to normal with a ' , the error comes back.

The Beam #'positions are based on the original snippet you provided, which didn't have the transposing clef. Since the alto notes are now on the centre line, the negative values are wrong. Changing them to something like #'( 1.5 . 1.5) fixes this.
