abc2ly yourfile.abc 

will create yourfile.ly for lilypond, which contains most of the stuff from 
abc. However, the .ly file needs to be edited a lot (and several things are 
not handled by the script (e.g. [Q:"rit"], !fermata!, etc. in abc).
