For my book that contains 20+ pieces what would be a handy way to
make a Table of Contents if each of the pages of this book contains
nothing but an include Lilypond file?
Header info is in the included file which is handy for me.
I have simply this:
\lilypondfile[indent=1.5\cm]{piece_01.ly}
\newpage
\lilypondfile[indent=1.5\cm]{piece_02.ly}
-----------
and what I would like to do is:
\lilypondfile[indent=1.5\cm]{piece_01.ly}
\section{Piece_01}
\newpage
\section{Piece_02}
\lilypondfile[indent=1.5\cm]{piece_02.ly}
where "Piece_01" and "Piece_02" don't actually get printed, but do
show up in the TOC. I'm looking all over the internet for some hint
but can't find anything. I'm sure it's easy to do.
