Is there any way of dealing with slurs over page breaks?
Check out <http://lilypond.org/doc/v2.9/Documentation/user/lilypond/ Difficult-tweaks.html>.
Replace Tie with Slur, 'extra-offset with 'control-points, etc. Good luck! Kieren.
